Overview

The report describes the Group’s Board-led ESG governance and a materiality process covering 18 ESG issues. Its environmental KPIs report 3,090.11 tonnes carbon dioxide equivalent of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, alongside 6,060.55 MWh of total energy consumption and waste disclosures. The workforce totaled 3,378 employees at March 31, 2025, with a 23.03% annual turnover rate. Looking ahead, the Group has set a 2030 goal to reduce carbon emissions per unit of operating revenue by 50% from 2022/23.
