Overview

The report covers the year ended 31 March 2019 and reports the Group's ESG disclosures under the HKEX Listing Rules' Appendix 27 guide. It reports 200 tonnes of Scope 1, 13,783 tonnes of Scope 2 and 100 tonnes of Scope 3 emissions, together with 237,193 m3 of water consumption. The Group describes hotel energy-efficiency upgrades and reports approximately 470 employees. Community highlights include the Empire Hotels' 10 Years + Caring Company recognition and HK$1,197,000 in charitable donations.
