Overview

The report describes APRIL's 2017 progress on its Sustainable Forest Management Policy 2.0, including an 81% conservation-to-plantation ratio, 7,627 employees, extensive community and fire-prevention programs, and 79.96% renewable energy use at the Kerinci mill. It reports 369,420 hectares of conservation and restoration area against 455,015 hectares of plantation area, alongside mill Scope 1 emissions of 1,614,853 tCO2e. KPMG provided limited assurance over selected indicators for the January-December 2017 period.
