Overview

The report presents Asian Paints' FY2017-18 sustainability highlights across product stewardship, environment, health and safety, and community programs. It reports 583 million litres of fresh water consumed against 827 Mn Ltrs replenished, 22+ Mn units of power consumed from renewable resources, and a 31% reduction in total carbon emissions from FY2013-14. Health and safety efforts included 23,000+ training man-hours and ₹150+ Mn of CAPEX, while community activities reached 3,35,994 beneficiaries and CSR spending was ₹46.51 Cr.
