ESG Report

Overview

The report presents Asterion's 2021 ESG progress across its management company and portfolio. It highlights the commitment to become a net zero emissions company by 2030, the measurement of Asterion's carbon footprint, and stronger ESG-linked remuneration. The year-end Asterion team comprised 30 people, with women representing 57% of the team. Fund II was registered as an SFDR Article 8 fund, while portfolio companies reported selected ESG KPIs and initiatives.
