Overview

The report presents the Group's 2024 ESG performance for its Hong Kong office, with the Board responsible for ESG strategy and an ESG Working Group supporting implementation. It reports 41,367 kg CO2e of total Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions and 96,119 kWh of total energy consumption, while noting no work-related fatalities during the past three years. A stakeholder-based materiality assessment identified customer privacy protection, anti-corruption and AML, and customer services as the stakeholders' most concerned issues.
