Overview

The report summarizes ATCO's 2017 sustainability performance across energy, environmental stewardship, safety, and community and Indigenous relations. It reports 10,713 kilotonnes CO2e of direct greenhouse gases, 22.4 million m3 of water use, and 6,752 employees in the performance summary. The report also highlights 30% women on the Board of Directors, six renewable generation or water management MOUs with Indigenous communities, and an Audit & Risk Committee with greatest oversight of sustainability practices.
