Overview

The report describes Atos' integration of Siemens IT Solutions and Services and its resulting expansion to around 74,000 employees in 48 countries. It highlights a 34,6% reduction in carbon footprint at constant scope over 2009-2011, the launch of carbon-neutral hosting, and a new objective to abate the whole footprint by an additional 30% from the 2011 baseline by 2015. It also reports a formal materiality process, stakeholder dialogue and Wellbeing@work initiatives, with selected 2011 sustainability indicators subject to limited assurance.
