Overview

The report presents ATP's 2020 responsibility work through seven thematic reports covering stewardship, ESG in illiquid assets, fact-finding, climate, tax, SDGs and human capital. It reports 2,729 average full-time employees and total CO2 emissions of 1,588 tonnes from electricity, water, heat and transport, alongside resource-use and diversity KPIs. ATP reports active use of TCFD recommendations and responsibility oversight involving the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board gender target was not met: four women represented 31% in 2020.
