Overview

The report describes a three-tier sustainability governance structure with the Board at the helm and a Sustainability Working Committee supporting implementation. FY2022 utility data covers 65,932,203 kWh of electricity and 571,495 m3 of water across the property portfolio, although December figures were estimated because of ongoing bill collection. Tenant initiatives included completed LED-lighting installation at Atrium USJ and planned solar-panel installation at Atrium Bayan Lepas 2.
