Overview

The report is AU SFB's first sustainability report for FY 2021-22 and covers all businesses under operational control. It describes digital banking initiatives intended to reduce paper use and carbon footprint, alongside a 1.25 MW solar plant in Jaipur. It reports 27,817 total employees, 1,930 women employees, and 11% women on the board, as well as Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions in the GRI matrix. The report also details financial inclusion and CSR programmes, including training 2,764 youth during FY22.
