The company generated and consumed around 43,000 MWh of solar energy and reported a 10% reduction in carbon emissions from the FY20 baseline. Its workforce exceeded 30,000 people across permanent and contractual employees, while women represented 10% of the total workforce. Community investment remained significant, with ₹536 mn of CSR spend and 8.64 lakh people benefitted in FY22.
