The report is Austal's first stand-alone ESG disclosure for the financial year ended 30 June 2019. It highlights a 25% ambition for women's participation across the business, with 12.46% of the Australian workforce women and 18 of 23 apprentice roles filled by women. Its safety culture is presented through Goal Zero, focused on Zero Harm and Zero Waste.
