Overview

The report is Austar's first ESG Report and covers Austar and major subsidiaries in mainland China. It describes an ESG Executive Committee under Board oversight and management systems for emissions, resources, waste, employee health and safety, and training. Selected operating entities hold ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certifications; the report also states that no child labour was discovered and that Austar was not involved in a corruption-related lawsuit during the reporting period.
