Overview

The report describes FY24 as the fourth year of ACL's ESG strategy, highlighting reduced carbon intensity to 1.25kg CO2 per episode, cold-chain logistics removing approximately 26,000kg of packaging, and a 9% reduction in kilometres per episode. It reports 43% female representation on the Board and 33% in the Executive, alongside a RESPECT@CL campaign delivered to all staff. It also records 142,026 patient satisfaction responses, an average service score of 4.7 out of 5, and a net promoter score of +79.
