Overview

The report highlights AGIG's improved 2019 customer satisfaction, with aggregate scores of 8.1 for AGN and MGN and 8.4 for DBP. Group lost time injuries fell to three, while DBNGP operations recorded no recordable injuries during the year. AGIG also advanced its renewable-gas strategy through Hydrogen Park South Australia, the Australian Hydrogen Centre and DBNGP feasibility studies.
