Overview

The report describes Avantor's 2022 sustainability platform across environmental, social and governance priorities. It reports a 12.4% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions from the 2019 baseline and total energy consumption of 211,262 MWh. The data summary records 14,904 associates, 8,939 MT of waste generated and a 54.5% landfill-diversion rate. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board, with primary oversight held by the Nominating & Governance Committee.
