Overview

The report presents Avnet's first comprehensive ESG and sustainability materiality assessment, prioritizing ethics and compliance, occupational health and safety, climate, D&I and economic performance. It reports FY20 D&I progress, including a senior-level global D&I role and gender-representation metrics, while setting further FY21-FY23 goals. Operationally, Avnet recorded no fatalities in FY20 and describes COVID-19 workforce protections and community support. The report is Avnet's second GRI Standards-compliant report, first SASB-indexed report, and introduces an SDG contribution baseline covering Goals 1, 3, 5, 13 and 15.
