The report is Axera's first ESG report for 2025 and describes Board-led ESG governance with an ESG Committee and management working group. It reports total comprehensive energy consumption of 1,343,273.70 kWh and Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions of 7.67 and 692.64 tCO2e, respectively. The company set a 15% reduction target for per-capita Scope 2 emission intensity by 2027 against a 2024 base year. Workforce disclosures cover 641 employees and report zero work-related fatalities.
