Development Impact Report

Overview

The report presents FY25 development-impact results across Tanzania, Togo, Madagascar, Senegal, Comoros and Uganda. It reports a 2025 total carbon footprint of 384,503 tCO2e, comprising Scope 1 of 46,524, Scope 2 of 40,058 and Scope 3 of 297,932 tCO2e. It also sets 2030 reduction targets of 42% for Scope 1 and 2 and 52% for Scope 3. Country scorecards show progress in connectivity, mobile financial services, rural sites and solar-powered towers, including Tanzania's 96.0% 4G population coverage and 633 rural sites.
