Overview

The report records the Group's Recordable Accident Rate falling 17% in 2013, although major injuries increased. Energy use fell 7%, water consumption fell 16% and waste generated fell 17%. Meanwhile, reported greenhouse-gas emissions rose 31% because BAE Systems expanded the sites and fuel sources in its emissions coverage and updated CO2e conversion factors.
