Overview

The report presents Bajaj Finance Group's FY2022 responsible-growth agenda across financial inclusion, employee development and environmental stewardship. It reports 35,425 full-time employees, 87,385 Gigajoules of total energy consumption and quantified Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions. The report also highlights paper reduction, rooftop solar installations and responsible e-waste disposal. DNV Business Assurance independently provided limited assurance over the BRSR and verified the GHG emissions data.
