Overview

The report presents BCG's first TCFD-aligned climate disclosure, reports that carbon neutrality was achieved for 2022 emissions through UNFCCC-certified projects, and records 140 year-end employees on a headcount basis. It also reports Scope 1 emissions of 48.6 Tonnes CO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 324.3 Tonnes CO2e and global energy consumption of 692.8 MWh. The ESG working group was established during the year with Board-level oversight, while 51% of employees were female.
