Overview

The report presents the MPS Group's expanded 2005 social and environmental reporting scope, covering Group activities and results. It highlights 88% electricity from renewable sources, total CO2 emissions of 31,158 tonnes, the creation of Microcredito di Solidarieta SpA, and a first Group-wide customer satisfaction survey in which 75% of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied. KPMG concluded that the report complied with the GRI and ABI reporting principles.
