Overview

The report describes Leumi Group's 2025 ESG performance across financing, climate and human capital. Environmental financing and investments reached approx. NIS 54.2 billion, while the operational carbon footprint was 23,742 tons equivalent (tCO2e). The Bank set a 50% greenhouse gas reduction target for 2030 from a 2021 base year. The Group reported 8,000 employees and approx. 62% female representation among employees.
