The report describes ALEXBANK's 2023 ESG performance across governance, financial inclusion, community investment, workforce inclusion and environmental stewardship. It highlights 4,380 employees, 31% female representation, 16,627 mtCO2e of total Scope 1+2+3 emissions, 173,377 m3 of municipal water consumption and 113,117 kg of quantified waste. The report also details sustainable lending and extensive community programs, including 162,540 direct beneficiaries. Selected ESG management, stakeholder engagement and materiality information received limited assurance from Masader Environmental & Energy Services S.A.E.
