Overview

The report presents BankCom's 2023 record performance, including net income of Php 2.8 billion and gross revenue of Php 9.98 billion. It describes an ESG and Sustainability Framework with Board and board-level committee oversight, alongside an Environmental and Social Risk Management System integrated into credit and operational risk management. BankCom reports its first Scope 1 and Scope 2 inventory, at 441.95 and 3,887.73 MT CO2e, respectively. Community initiatives included 600 coastal-cleanup volunteers collecting 2,276 kilograms and a financial literacy program reaching nearly 2,000 people.
