Overview

The report describes the launch of Give Together in 2007, with more than 1,800 employees taking part in fundraising and a further 1,000 using volunteer days; employee fundraising with the initiative raised e4.5 million. It reports more than 22,000 classroom-training student days and 25,000 e-learning programmes across the Group in 2007/08. The Group also launched a UK carbon-offset mortgage intended to offset 100% of an average home's carbon emissions during the loan's promotional period.
