Overview

The report highlights the Bank of Mauritius's expanding climate and sustainability agenda. Its Climate Change Centre completed work on sectoral climate-risk identification, financial-loss assessment, and a database of climate-related risk drivers for financial institutions. Internally, the Green Bank project advanced energy-efficiency measures, LED replacement, electronic-waste recycling, and an energy audit. The report also describes the Bank's contribution to Mauritius's Sustainable Finance Framework and its work to support greener financial markets.
