Overview

The report presents the company's first CSR Report and describes board-level CSR oversight through a committee that met four times in 2008. It reports a 76 percent companywide employee-engagement survey participation rate and describes environmental initiatives covering energy, emissions, alternative energy and waste. Community Partnership activity reached 450 teams, 8,750 participating employees and 18,934 volunteer hours.
