Overview

The report describes Scotiabank's 2014 CSR priorities and performance across governance, employees, marketplace, environment and community investment. It identifies 25 material issues, with seven selected as priorities for the Bank's global CSR strategy. At fiscal year-end, five of 15 directors were women, while employee engagement reached 85%. The report covers GHG emissions for 87% of global operations and states that the total GHG footprint was independently verified.
