Overview

The report presents Bank of Tianjin's 2024 group-wide ESG performance across governance, economy, environment and society. It reports 59,693.42 MWh of overall energy consumption, 32,575.65 Tonnes of CO 2 e of total Scope 1+2+3 GHG emissions, and 6,639 employees. Highlights include RMB 34.406 billion in green loans, 211 certified elderly-friendly outlets and 849 customer complaints handled. KPMG Huazhen LLP provided limited assurance over selected 2024 indicators, with the assured environmental data scoped at head-office level.
