Overview

The report highlights Bank OZK's 2021 ESG work across governance, employees, communities and environmental impact. Women represented 31% of board members, while employees dedicated approximately 20-30 hours to learning and completed more than 130,000 training modules bank-wide. The bank also continued community investment and volunteering and broke ground on a solar plant capable of generating more than 8 million kilowatt-hours of renewable electricity annually.
