Citizenship Data Supplement

Overview

The report presents Barclays' 2015 citizenship performance across its global operations, including 1,214,868 MWh of energy use and Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. It records approximately 130,000 employees and describes a materiality process based on stakeholder influence and importance to Barclays. The supplement is prepared in accordance with the GRI G4 Core option and includes KPMG limited assurance over selected information. Environmental, social and reputational issues are overseen through the Board Reputation Committee.
