Overview

The report presents Barclays' 2020 ESG performance across five focus areas. It highlights the bank's 2050 net-zero ambition and BlueTrack financed-emissions methodology, alongside £60.9bn of social, environmental and sustainability-linked financing and £32.4bn of green financing delivered to date. Operationally, Barclays reports a 71% Scope 1 and 2 reduction against its 2018 baseline, 74% renewable electricity and 5,168 tonnes of waste generated.
