Overview

The report presents Barilla's 2030 Sustainability Compass across Products, People, Climate and Value Chain, alongside a 2025 snapshot of 8,823 Barilla people, EUR 4,837 million revenues and 30 production facilities. It describes progress on recyclable packaging, regenerative agriculture, inclusive supplier sourcing and accessibility. Climate initiatives include ISO-certified management systems, more than 8 MW of photovoltaic capacity, recycled water in water-stressed areas and a 2030 carbon-emissions goal of -29% from 2022. It also documents inclusion programmes across plants and communities, including six young people entering work at Foggia and 340 people reached at Melfi.
