Overview

The report presents Basler's first consolidated sustainability statement covering all ten Group companies, with expanded ESRS-based reporting and a 2024 double materiality assessment. It reports a 2030 net-zero target for Scopes 1 and 2, a 9% reduction against 2022, and the first complete Scope 3 inventory totaling 40,871 t CO2e. It also reports 7.5% taxonomy-eligible turnover, 39.3% eligible CapEx, 938 employees and zero work-related fatalities. The combined non-financial report received limited external assurance from Deloitte under ISAE 3000.
