Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is BAUMANN's first standalone sustainability report and covers the Group's December 1, 2022 to November 30, 2023 financial year under GRI. It establishes a materiality-led sustainability strategy and Sustainability Council, with a 2026 goal for a 10% intensity-based Scope 1 and 2 reduction. It reports first-time Group emissions measurement, including FY2023 Scope 1 of 2,674 tonnes CO2e, location-based Scope 2 of 8,908 tonnes CO2e, and partial Scope 3 of 3,078 tonnes CO2e. It also reports 1,452 employees and a five-member, all-male board.
