Overview

The report describes Baxter's 2009 sustainability performance across global operations, including 49,700 employees, 17% renewable energy use and 61,290 metric tons of waste generated. It highlights a 5% absolute reduction in net GHG emissions from operations compared with 2005 and a 29% revenue-indexed reduction in water use.
