Overview

The report presents Bayport's first quantified impact report, linking its social-bond framework to financial inclusion, access to services, corporate social investment and employment generation. It reports USD340 million raised through two social bond issuances, 265,997 personal loans issued across operations, and a partnership with Innovation: Africa supporting water and solar projects that had reached nearly two million people. It also records 3,670 full-time employees and 3,267 commission-based sales agents. The report was approved by the Bayport board but not externally assured.
