Social Performance Report

Overview

The report presents BBVAMF Group's 2015 social-performance results across eight microfinance institutions in seven Latin American countries. The company reports 1,712,801 clients, 7,910 employees and 509 offices. It says 83% of clients were vulnerable, with women making up 61% of the total client base. Impact analysis found that at least 32% of poor or extremely poor clients could exceed their poverty line within two years.
