Overview

The report describes maib's 2023 sustainability governance and strategy, including the Sustainability Committee, a Supervisory Board-approved roadmap, and an inaugural sustainability report prepared in accordance with GRI standards. It sets a 25% reduction target for GHG emissions from own operations by 2025 and reports sustainable and green loan balances of MDL 579,616 ('000s MDL) at 31 December 2023. The Group reported 2,822 employees and a workforce comprising 66.2% women.
