Overview

The report shows the company delivering strong 2025 financial and sustainability progress. Green and sustainable lending exceeded MDL 1.3 billion, while maib reduced its own-operations core carbon footprint by 22% and powered maib park with 100% renewable electricity from April 2025. The company also introduced fully digital onboarding for Moldovan diaspora customers and continued financial education initiatives. ESG governance was strengthened through quarterly dashboards, ESG-linked management compensation and Supervisory Board oversight, alongside disclosure of a 2,964-person Group workforce.
