Overview

The report describes BIG's 2024 sustainability work across responsible sourcing, people, and environmental impact. All active supplier factories underwent independent social-compliance audits, with reported audit scores of 94% or better. Women represented 79% of the workforce and 38% of executive leadership. BIG also donated 793 pounds of hair valued at over $515,000 to Matter of Trust and reported more than $500,000 in charitable contributions.
