Overview

The report presents a Group-wide Sustainability Report covering 34 manufacturing units and focuses on business ethics, resource efficiency, climate impact and workplace conditions. The company reports 58.3 GWh of energy consumption, approximately 4,750 tons of waste and 12,700 tons of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. It targets a 25 percent reduction in energy-related CO2e emissions by 2023 compared with 2018. Workforce disclosures include 2,564 employees, 3.5 average training hours per employee and 38 percent women on the Board.
