Overview

The report presents 2017 as Beijer Ref's strongest year so far, with consolidated sales of SEK 9,830M and 2,717 average employees. It highlights expansion through acquisitions in Portugal and South Africa and continued growth in eco-friendly OEM refrigeration technology. Sustainability work was formalised through a five-area CSR framework covering environment, employees, business ethics and anti-corruption, responsible supply chain and partnerships. The Group also began measuring its own CO2 emissions and internal electricity consumption, while reporting that its seven-member board included two women.
