Overview

The report covers FY2019, during which the Group completed the spin-off and separate listing of Jade Bird Fire, reducing its interest from 51.02% to 38.27% and discontinuing the electronic fire equipment business. Its ESG disclosures report 3,159.9 tonnes of total Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions, 447 employees and 25 tonnes of solid waste. The Group also conducted a stakeholder materiality assessment and identified Goals 3 and 4 as most related to its operations.
