Overview

The report presents the Group's FY2021 ESG performance within a revised China-focused operational-control boundary covering major travel and leisure, investment holding and metallic-products activities. It reports 2,972.3 tonnes of total GHG emissions, alongside 2,730.5 tonnes of Scope 1, 223.0 tonnes of Scope 2 and 18.8 tonnes of Scope 3. The company reports 444 full-time employees, with the performance table separately showing 448 employees including four part-time employees, zero work-related fatalities and five work-related injuries. Its materiality analysis identified occupational health and safety, preventing child and forced labour, product quality, and business ethics and anti-corruption as highly significant to both the Group and stakeholders.
