Overview

The report is the Group's first ESG report, covering manufacturing and sales of auto parts for 1 January-31 December 2016. It describes implemented environmental management systems at Polish and UK production facilities certified to ISO14001:2004, alongside air-emissions controls, water-reduction measures and waste sorting. Workplace disclosures cover non-discrimination, health and safety systems including OHSAS18001:2007, and employee training. Community initiatives included charity parcels and support for accident victims through two Polish NGOs.
