Overview

The report describes the Bank's launch of its inaugural Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan and completion of nearly 90% of its Climate Change Action Plan actions. It reports a 46% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 market-based emissions since 2020 while maintaining carbon-neutral status. Community investment included $14.6 million in grants distributed by the Community Enterprise Foundation and $32.9 million in Community Contributions.
